    @LHayes Hi there, When you skip things in Match Experience there is a chance that there are some anomalies, like you mentioned. This is just cache related. The goal from Neymar was most likely canceled due to the VAR, but because you skipped, the whole Match Experience got skewered. If you watch the entirety of Match Experience again without skipping anyting, it will most likely show that the goal from Neymar got canceled.

    Hi, We're sorry that you're facing issues when accessing OSM. Some of the reasons for these situations are: Bad/Slow internet Device being used with other accounts that were locked/deleted by user. Deleting an account doesn't necessarily mean you can log on another account on same device. OSM made it harder for users to switch accounts to minimise cheating. If it's bad internet, then you've to try again later. If it's because you logged with a different account previously, I suggest you to contact support with a clear explanation and name of the accounts involved.

    Hi, We're really sorry, for scaring you, but no, your account won't be deleted anytime soon (only in 3 years if you stop playing now). This was an error on the messaging system. Deletion system is a bit more trustable Only a bit, but enough to keep your account safe!

    Hi guys. Some news about these issues: Issue with Match Experience can't be reproduced, which means that there is no way to fix this issue at the moment. Hopefully they will be able to locate the issue and fix it, but for now there is nothing else to do than skip ME everytime you use the app. Issue with the transferlist is caused by a bug. They couldn't remove the bug so they had to remove the possibility to view the player card when tapping on the player on the transferlist. If they do manage to fix that bug, then the option to view the player card will be added back in. As there is not much else to do about these issue, I will close this topic.

    The issue with Match Experience can't be reproduced, so a fix is impossible right now. No respons on second issue, so topic will be closed.

    Hi, Account has no mail linked. But it's linked to a google account. He needs to log with same google account he linked the account to, set an e-mail on the account and only after he can have a password to log on all platforms.

    Hi, T Vs D -- If you check phones one is EN US and the other is EN UK. There should be other differences The fact that one shows more columns than the other also as a simple explanation... Resolution. If you play on an iPad, in some screens there will be even more information. We adjust the number of columns according with device resolution.
