    Hi, Our condolences, but that won't change anything... The only way to change Crew President is if change is made from his account. If for some reason that's no possible we'll do it only when contacted from the mail set on president account! Captains have pretty much same powers as President.

    Hi, Most of the times, the problems with special offers is due to the fact users were logged when offer appeared and the info on the account is not same as on server due to the lack of a refresh. This should be fixed with just a reload of the account data by going to control center. If this is not the case, please report it again, providing enough informatin so we can help you!

    Hi, Have a calendar or something similar that can give some information in advance of the fuure events is something we already have on our plans, but there are other priorities at this momment. To minimise this, we post on our socials with enough time in advance the temporary events, and at the end/start of the month, we announce all the weekend events. Keep an eye on them

    @MazyanoLM10 Yes, it exists and it still works. All you need is to have 6 starting players with same flag. Not on bench, only in starting line up counts. As for how much exactly it boosts the team it is hard to tell, bit lets say it gives your players around 5% boost to perform better

    @SpecialOne hi, thanks for comming back. I play on PC (v.3.175.0) and Android (13) with OSM (4.0.16.2). Unfortunately, I can't reproduce today, but the last days, it appears on Android only, nevertheless whether i choose "back" or "home". (I fixed it as you told me ) The issue was, when the analyst comes back and I watch the results, they (the team strength) were not be shown when i go back to the "homescreen". When I switch the slot and came back, it was shown, but when I close the app and open it again, then it seems, tht the analyst had still arrived.

    Hi I can't find any problem on his account. We've increased security by forcing ALL connections to be made vi HTTPS, maybe this is the reason. Does he have outdated devices? Did he tried a different intenet provider? Maybe current one is blocking connection to OSM.
