I'm really sorry but our decision won't change. If ex-crew mod was disapointed and quit playing it wasn't that hard to leave crew and apoint someone as crew president! If he was doing such a nice job why did he left without handing crew to someone else? There are things that are easy to do, but that's not possible for us to do without an express statement from the user. In this particular reason, if he's not able to log in he has to contact us from the mail set on the account!

Sorry, but these are things we don't do. Someone created the crew and paid for it. All the actions/changes made after were by users. Their own choice decision. If they chose to hand crew to someone not trustable... their choice not ours. We just can't 'steal' a crew from someone and hand it to a different user!

We're sorry for this situation. There was in fact an issue with the purchase of club funds in this weekend promotion. We've already assigned them with a small compensation!

Hi, I hope that you had a good time on your vacation! All rewards have a deadline. If you don't claim them before it ends, then it's not possile to claim them anymore!

Last weekend double reward was for offers and not videos. Due to the lack of offers from our partners for we version we removed it from Web Version. Offerwalls are only available on Apps. If one day we manage to find a partner with offers for Web, we'll set them back on web also.

Accounts are not banned randomly and they are not banned for reporting other managers. If your account was banned, it's because OSM terms were broken! When you tried to log on the account you were informed and you were told to fill in an appeal, not to create a new one! If you are 100% sure that you didn't broke OSM terms, then fill in an appeal and wait. Posting it on forum won't help you at all neither speed the process!
