Only recent earned manager points count for your ranking...i think you know that...from my experience you have to earn, same or more manager points, the same period as last 3 months ago or same period as 6 months ago, etc, if you want to stay at the same or in better ranking, as you used to be...

@David-Han-The-legend Hi, it's not possible to negotiate with teams from other leagues but you can always buy players from other teams from other leagues via the transfer list and also from the scout.

Hello mate, sells are completely random and depends on many factors, as age, position, ...you can try to put the higher price of the players you want to sell...some times they sell faster...

@Ochowiak Hello mate, such experienced manager like you, should take more attention on the moves other managers do on the league you are playing together...what i mean is that if you take a look on transfer list, you will see the transfers other managers do, the price they ask for the players and you will answer yourself how they make their team stronger... All these questions of yours are discussed and answered from many managers on many topics, such as Tactic requests topic.... Good games mate... PS : Take in mind that support forum is for questions on how to handle problems with the OSM engine and not how to develop/built teams or tactic requests...
