In that case your friend will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then Click on 'submit a 'request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @abdesslam-djat Hi there, I'm assuming you are talking about the free gift in the Bosscoin Store? If so, there is nothing that can be done about that. The reward you get is different for all users. Some users will get a universal position swap, others will receive a number of Club Funds, etc. You can't change the reward you will receive.

    @saidane_NL Hi there, Are you sure you are trying to log in into the Dutch version of the OSM app? We also have an interntational version that is completely seperate from the Dutch version. If you have an iPhone, you can switch regions by going to the settings of the OSM app through the settings of your phone. If you have an Android phone, you can switch region on the login page of the OSM app.
