Hi, This is because users tend to put players up for sale for maximum value (2.5x) while computer teams put them up for (between 1.3x - 1.5x) their value so they are cheaper compared to when users put them up for sale. Also, just as you train up your players so does the computer teams train up players they bought off the transfer list. This explains why he moved up from 86 to 93 within that time frame.
