    If you read support forum then you've found several topics already awnsered.
    This is a known issue and GB is trying to fix it as soon as possible, so we can't give any time frame. In the mean time you can watch video's via app instead of web.

    Hi,

    Cheating will never be discussed/handled/reported through forums.
    If you suspect that a manager is cheating you have to report him through our system by going to the managers profile and use the report cheater tool you'll find there.
