    @sadiq-golden Hi there, This is probably due to a social connection that is in place on a different account. Perhaps you had created a new account or let a friend connect their account on your phone. Than that social connection remains.     @James-Van-Duuk Hi there, Interest is only given when Club Funds is in Savings during match simulation and will be added on Savings, not on your balance. So take a look at your Finance page both before the match and after the match and you will see that the amount of Club Funds you have on Savings is increased by the 2% interest that you would receive over those Club Funds. If that's not the case, then we need screenshots from your Finance page from before the match and after the match. You can then create a new topic and add all that info.

    @Arne-Sloat Thanks. If you had an account on OSM prior to this one, than that is most likely causing the error message. The best thing you can do is contact our customer service through the below link. They can help you out with this. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @cristofari_90 Hi there, If you bought Bosscoins and you didn't received them, then you should be able to claim them through the career page (main page in the OSM app). If you bought items, such as Club Funds, Position Swaps and Player Packs, you should find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). If you can't claim them or don't see them in your inventory, then you will have to contact our customer support. You can find them via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @Mr-Eric-Frank-Martin_NL Hi there, Since this is after the game I suspect that you tap on the orange claim button after the match. This automaticaly starts an ad that is part of the three videos on the Finance page. If you do not want to watch that ad, you need to tap on the dark blue button that is directly on top of that orange button. Then you should only receive the Club Funds as part of your full income for the previous matchday.
