    @Blackened-FC Hi there, These kind of statistics are only updated once a day at a specific time. Depending on when your match is being played, it might take a bit longer before those statistics are updated again.

    @OneBulletOnly Hi there, I think you are confusing this event with the Training camp Terror event. With that event, progress increases with each friendly played instead of decreasing. With this event, the progress for the first friendly might yield some more than normal, but that will diminish when you play more friendlies on the same day. Also, the higer their rating, the less progress they will receive per practice match.

    @RainMaKeR13 Hi there, The interest is added to your Savings after the match has been played. So if you check the total amount that is on your Savings after the match, you will notice that that amount has been increased by the 2% interest you received over those funds you had put on Savings before the match.

    @FLensturken Hi there, If you don't receive the Bosscoins from a purchase in the OSM Store, then you should be able to claim them from the career page. Purchases that contains Club Funds, Position Swaps or other items can be found in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of every page in OSM. If for some reason you didn't received the content of a purchased pack, then you should contact our customer service via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

    @MarcusWöll Hi there, As was written above, we sometimes have events running that will lower the timer. The standard time to train players is 8 hours, but can be reduced to either 4 hours or even 2 hours with some of the events.

    @EfeIsVeryEpic Hi there, That's because you can only sell a player once a matchday. You have till wait till the next matchday before you can sell that player again. You can only put a player on the transferlist to sell him. That means that only human managers who are in your league can buy your player. The rest is done from the OSM engine, which randomly buys the players that have been put on the transferlist by all human managers in your league.

    @juan123099 Hi there, And that's exactly why you are getting the message. With that transfer you would violate the OSM terms, which is of course not alloud.

    @ukbey_8 Hi there, First of all, there are a few things you need to double check: Are you playing in La Liga itself (Spain first league)? If so, then it is not possible to scout players from La Liga. Is the player listed on the transferlist? Is the player already in one of the other teams in your league? Check all league transfers made to see if another manager in your bought him and sold him to the engine. If so, you need to scout in the league of the team that bought him. If you can answer all these questions with a no, then use the following criteria for the scout: Position: Midfielder Specific position: CAM Quality: 70 - 74 Age <20 Nationality: Turkish League: Spain Make a screenshot of both your scout search and the result in case it doesn't work and tell us with wich of your teams and the clubslot you are trying to scout the player for. Then we can ask the admins to take a look.

    @MelihOk Hi there, As far as I'm aware, the double and triple Bosscoins event only applies to the offers on the offerwall from our external partners. Can you show a screenshot were it says that you get six players instead of three of that player package?
