    Hi there,

    You will first have to contact the provider of these offers, in this case Fyber. This can be done through the offerwall of the specific provider the offer is listed on. They are the ones who handles all offers and check wether or not you have met the requirements of the offer.

    There is a system in place that checks if you met all criteria of our bonus for new referals. This works as follows:

    Q: Why didn't I receive Boss Coins ( BCs ) after inviting managers?

    A: To be able to get these rewards, following criteria have to be met:

    New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click the link again and only after the account has been created) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.

    Hi there,

    That's because you aren't guarenteed for the 100 Bosscoins. Once the mission is finished (October 6th at 23:59 CEST) 25 winners will be randomly chosen from the pool of all the users that succesfully finished this mission. Only those 25 managers will receive the prize of 100 Bosscoins.

    That's because you can't use your Club Funds if they are on Savings. You have to transfer them back first.

    You should be able to buy a player from that club the next matchday, unless you get the message that that transfer violates OSM terms. That message is to prevent you from cheating.

    Hi there,

    I understand the frustration and this is something that is been talked about a lot. Transfers are for a large part really random. Changes to the transfer system are being thought of, but is something that will take a long time before they are realised.

    If you have been inactive for atleast 3 years straight, your account has been permanentely removed from the game. All data and acomplishments are thus gone and can't be restored.

    Sorry guys, but that won't happen. Keep in mind that it is not just you two. You might have those proof for yourself, but what about the other managers that played in your league? As well as all the other users that lost that data. It's not really fair if just two people get that data fixed, while all others are left without it.

    They tried to minimize the damage as best they could. It won't please everyone, but you will have to accept it that the data is lost.

    @Tenorlio If we are new players, usually we can't play all the slots straight away, slowly... The level increases, then we can open/play all the slots.

    Hi there,

    Have you already reached Division 8 in the past? You will only be able to claim the Bosscoins for the first time you reach a new Division. If you delegate to a lower Division and then come back up to Division 8, you won't be able to claim them again.
