    Hi there,

    Is still still an issue? If so, have you tried buying the player through the webversion of OSM.

    You can also try to force close the app or even try deleting it an re-installing it again. Before you delete the app, make sure you have a way to login to your account again otherwise you lose acces to it.

    I have received the news that the data of the trophy cabinet is lost due to the server issues last weekend and they can't be restored. So that season won't be listed there, unfortunately.

    Hi there,

    The Bosscoins packs that remove the ads are refering to the banners you would otherwise see as a free user. They don't disable ads.

    What probably happened is that you tapped on the orange claim + video button in the OSM app after you finished Match Experience. This is will automaticaly start the first of the three ads that are part of the bonusses you can obtain through the Finance page. If you don't want to watch that ad, you will have to tap on the dark blue claim button that is directly above the orange button.

    Hi there,

    The last few days there were some technical issues that caused the OSM servers to be down. If this is still an issue, then first try to remove the cache of the OSM app. If that doesn't solve the issue, then try the the below steps. Before proceeding, make sure you have a way to login to your OSM account again before deleting the OSM app or you will lose acces to your account.

    Remove all app data Delete the OSM app Restart your phone Install the OSM app again.

    Hi there,

    If this is about one of your clubslots being temporarely not available, then that means that there is maintenance going on in your league or the server that you are playing on. Once the maintenance is over, you can acces your clubslot again. There is no timefrain for when the maintenance is over, so check back regularly.

    If this is about OSM being down, then that is due to technical issues. They are/were working on fixing the issue. Hopefully the game will run now smoothly again.
