@omarstar_NL Hi there, If you are having issues with the OSM app, then you need to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much details, including managernames. You can't log out of your account in the OSM app because you can only have one account and your phone is yours. Normally, only you use it. So there is no need for a function to log out of your account.

@ülkücü-genç-bekir Hi there, To receive the interest you need to put your Club Funds into Savings before the match starts and keep it there until the match has been simulated. If you did that, then the interest is added to your Savings aswell. So after the match, your current balance on Savings should be your previous amount of Club Funds + the 2% interest combined. So make sure to double check this the next time. If something is wrong, then we need hard proof with screenshots from your Finance page both before the match and after the match, with full details of your current amount of Club Funds. Without that, there is nothing we can do. The interest system has been checked in the past and it works.

@arixcs Hi there, Sorry about that. Perhaps you were too soon or you already had the OSM app active. It can sometimes happen that data in your OSM app isn't properly synchronised with the OSM server yet and shows 'old' data. Always double check if the reduction of a timer is active. On the page it shows how many hours it will take before the timer is finished.

@MiiSha_NL @Ryan-Cereza_NL Hi there, You can report users that show rude or discriminary behaviour or have a offensive manager name, team name, league name through our customer support. See the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'report a player for an offensive name, tag or description'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet and provide more details. If you have any screenshots with the conversations, then add those aswell.

@Vicente-Maya Hi there, No, it's not just you. There is a general issue with the ads on the webversion of OSM. It will take some time before it will be fixed, so you have to be patient. Until then, you can use the OSM app to watch the ads.

The videoplayer is in control of an external party, so this is not something that the developers of OSM can fix. Therefore we are relying on the external partner and they won't fix this before Friday. So you will have to be patient until it is fixed. In the meantime you can use the OSM app to watch the ads for Bosscoins.

@MarcusWöll They are now aware of an issue with the ad player on the webversion of OSM. It will take some time before this will get solved.
