Other items (Player Packs, Club Funds and Training Progression) can be found in the blue-yellow OSM bag. If for some reason you can't find/claim them, then you will have to contact our customer service through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click in 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide proof of payment.

If it doesn't solve it, then you can create a new topic and post some screenshots. We need one from before you watch the video, one where the video is playing and then another one after you have watched the ad. Your total amount of Bosscoins needs to be visible in atleast the first and third screenshot.

@Allezinn @Comedil Hi there, It's being worked on as fast as possible, but not every problem can be fixed within a day. So you have to be patient until it is fixed. You can also use the OSM app to watch the ads for Bosscoins.
