    @Bruce-Wayne-AM @Novaxhell Hi there, Are you sure you didn't spend them on buying a player? When you don't have enough Club Funds or have your Club Funds on Savings and buy a player, that player will be bought with Bosscoins instead of Club Funds. Below a certain number you won't receive a confirmation button if you really want to continue with the purchase or not. This is usually the cause for 'losing' Bosscoins. You can try going to our customer service, but with the weekend and Christmas holiday that follows, I don't know if you will get a response in the next few days. Click to the below link, then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. After that the contact sheet can be filled in. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us

    @JordyHof_NL The issue lies in the videoplayer. That company is working on it, but that means it might also take longer before it is fixed.

    @noah-10101010 Hi there, I believe you should get them inmediately if the process has been done correctly. Below you can see how the process works and what needs to be done to receive the 50 Bosscoins. New user has to sign up via invitation link and on same session (if user installs app then closes it and later opens it and sign up, it won't work. He needs to click link again and only after create the account) Invited user has to create a new account and not joining league with an existing one. There's a maximum of 10 rewards, so all invites sent after that won't give any more rewards.

    @ali-basta Hi there, I'm sorry. You got this issue at a bad time. It's weekend and then followed by the Christmas holiday. So, issues will most likely have to wait until Wednesday before they can be checked.

    @coelho_507 Hi there, Unfortunately, there is an issue in the iOS app that could prevent users from login into their account. So far there is no solution for it. So assuming the error message you get isn't about inserting the wrong username/password, then there is nothing that you can do about it.

    @impeRR Hi there, There is nothing that can be done about that. After 3 years of inactivity the account will be deleted. This is due to the privacy regulation.

    @Elnino2018 Hi there, Do you still have this issue? If so, try removing the cookies and cache of the browser you are using or fully close the OSM app (not minimize).

    @shiroooo_8 Hi there, The screenshot can't be shown on this forum because it's filesize is too large and it needs to be reduced. If your issue is about not being able to use the iOS app, then this is a known issue. Unfortunately, there is currently no fix for it and it is advised to play OSM on the webversion. If your issue is related to something else, then please create a new topic and make sure to reduce the filesize of your screenshot first before uploading it to the forum.

    @Wino_NL Hi there, Account deletion will only happen if you haven't logged into your account for 3 years straight. If you have logged in recently, then your account is suspended due to violating the OSM Terms. We don't discuss this on this forum. To appeal to the suspension you can contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet.

    @medellin-kartalı Hi there, The interest is added directly onto Savings and not on you balance. If you still don't receive the interest then we need a good description of the problem aswell as screenshots of your Finances and Savings from before and after a match.
