Because if you didn't, then there is no way to receive a mail for resetting the password. If you did, then please go to our customer service and file in a support request. You can submit a request through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Make sure to submit the request in English and make sure to give as much details about your issue as you can. As the support requests are handled by order of submission, It might take a little while before you receive an answer. So be patient until you do and don't submit another request, as that will put you again at the bottom of the waiting list.

@AS-Broo Hi there, While it is very unfortunate that you had to wait some time, there is not much that can be done about it. Sometimes it can happen that the Bosscoins that you've paid for are not inmediately added to your account. And when you put in a request, there are various reasons that you have to wait a little bit. One of them you said yourself: the time difference between your country and The Netherlands. Other reasons are that we are not robots that sit behind a desk 24 hours a day to inmediate respond to the requests and the fact that other users might also put in a request. And they also want to receive an answer. The requests are handled by order of submission and need to be filled out in the English language.
