    @Marco27losc Hi there, Sorry for the late reply. But I think you are reading too much into that. I doubt the game is actively trying to sabotage your games. If you lose too much, you probably need to look at your tactics and try to change some things.

    @metrixe_1 Hi there, Yes, that is normal. OSM match times flows with the summer and winter time (daylight saving time). Now that wintertime has started, matches start one hour earlier compared to when we have summertime. Once summertime starts again next year, matches will start one hour later again.

    @YouTube_NL This is still in testing phase and could see some changes if it is being implemented. On the other hand, every action that cost Bosscoins below a certain amount of Bosscoins won't have a confirmation button. This is already the case when you buy players or pay off the timers.

    @ArduLau Hi there, Could be a few things: Do you have an adblocker installed on your phone? If so, you have to deactive it for OSM in order to watch the video's Have you already watched a number of videos? If so, then the icon will be temporalely gone until you can watch a video again. There is a limit to the amount of videos you can watch. If these two are not the issue, then check to see if there is an update available for the OSM app. If not, then try deleting the app and re-install it again and see if that solves it. Make sure you have a way to log in to your account before you delete it or you will lose acces to your account.

    @amedspor_0 Hi there, If you were inactive for at least three years straight, then your old account has been deleted and is permanentely removed from OSM. If that's not the case then you should contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide the managername of both your current account and your old account.

    @Game_Freak Have you checked your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag)? That's where those items are stored. If it's really not there, then you will have to contact our customer support through the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much details as possible, like what did you do that would give the progression item.

    @MaziPL It seems your league is a tournament. For tournaments you are not able to kick inactiive managers out of your league, nor can they resign themselfs. The option to kick users is thus the bug here and will eventually be disabled. So sadly, there is nothing you can do about this.

    @Rawad-ND Hi there, If you are still in your own created league, you can kick inactive managers who haven't logged in for atleast 72 hours. You're league will keep on running till the end of the season if you leave it, assuming you haven't already paid for a continuation of your league to a new season. The won't have a league moderator anymore if you do, so other users won't be able to invite or kick anyone.
