  • Can I continue with my team in the next season?

    @avitzdaka1 Hi there, To be a bit more specific: In it's basic form OSM is a one-season-game. However, there is a way to continue with your team to another season. This is called the Winners Cup. When you place at the top of the league in certain number of countries (England, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Brazil, to name a few), you will receive a ticket for the Winners Cup. You take your team and your Club Funds with you to take on other managers that also received a Winners Cup ticket. With your current team on your slot 1 it is not possible to continue with your team, because you are playing in a league that doesn't hand out tickets to the Winners Cup.

    There's no bug at all with your account. As it was explained by @FC-Eddie_NL, interests are added directly to your savings.     @tmkc936 So far, there is no one else that has this issue The best thing you can do right now is to ask other managers in your league if they also can't view the press room. If they have the same issue, then the issue probably lies in your league. If they can see the press room, then the issue lies somewhere on your end. Then you need to figure out what is causing that. On the webversion you could try using a cleaning program like Ccleaner to thoroughly clear cookies, cache and data. On the OSM app you could try the following steps. Before doing them you need to be sure that you have a way to log in to your account again, otherwise you lose acces to it. Clear app data Remove the OSM app Restart your phone Install the OSM app again

    @AlperenOguzkurt Hi there, When you purchase Club Funds or Position Swaps from the OSM store, you will find them in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag). From there you can use them. Before you use them you need to be sure on which clubslot you want to use it for and are logged in to that clubslot. If you purchased a Bosscoin pack, you will find a claim button on your career page where you can claim the Bosscoins if you don't receive them inmediately.

    @mr-karel_2_NL Hi there, I'm assuming you are talking about watching videos for the free Bosscoin or to reduce the timers. If that's the case, then there is nothing to do about it. This is a known issue and is being worked on. If you are talking about something else, then please give us some more details.

    @AleCino Hi there, Assuming you use the OSM app on your iPhone/iPad, then there is nothing that you can do. This is a known issue, but so far there is no fix for it. It's advised to play OSM on a different platform.
  • I bought a package with "ads are hidden" but it did not works.

    @Abdelaziz-bin-shik-shok With the Bosscoins packages that hide the ads, this will disable the ads that you would normally see at the top and the sides of your screen on every page. It won't disable the ads when you watch a video for free Bosscoins, to speed up timers or to buy a player on the transferlist. It also won't hide the video when you tap on the orange 'continue + more' button in the OSM app after you watched your match. This is for the free Club Funds + Bosscoins where you watch the three videos from your Finance page.

He has already been bought by another team in your league He has been bought and sold to the engine He is listed on the transferlist He is in a special offer for another user You didn't use proper scout criteria or using criteria that are too general So do a check in your league to see if he is listed on the transferlist, is in any of the other teams or has been sold to the engine already. If that's not the case then we need screenshots of your scout criteria aswell as the scout results.

    @Macho14_NL Hi there, There is an issue with watching these videos on the webversion of OSM. It's being worked on. In the mean time, you can watch the videos via the OSM app.

    @Toby-Poh Hi there, You either don't have the required Club Funds or you have put them into Savings. When Club Funds are in Savings, you won't be able to use them and have to use extra Bosscoins to buy that player.

    @t-kurt86 Hi there, There isn't a bug in the interest, or at least nobody has been able to show it very clearly then if there is a bug. Interest is added to Savings and not directly on your Balance. I think that this confuses most users. If interest really doesn't get added, then you can create a new topic and make a proper bug report, including screenshots of both your Finances and Savings from before and after a match.
