    @Ash-Nield Hi there, The only way to 'lose' Bosscoins is by spending them. You've probably bought a player with Bosscoins. You won't get a confirmation button if the amount is below a certain number. If you want to have some more details you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet.

    @Derrek91_NL Hi there, I'm assuming you are refering to the OSM app on your iPhone? In that case, this is a known issue, but there is currently no fix for it. It's advised to play OSM on the webversion.

    @Ahmet-Ceylannn Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. When it comes to the Winners Cup, the system tries to match users team value as much as possible. However, to keep users from waiting too long before the Winners Cup starts, they are sometimes placed in leagues where there is a larger difference between team values. You will have to try coming up with a good tactic to counter that difference.

    @BriVita Hi there, Apologies for the late reply. These issue usually go away once the page has been refreshed. If not, then try switching clubslots or even remove the cookies and cache of the browser you are using.

    @Elaniyojr Hi there, I think you are refering to a different kind of event. There is one event where progress after each friendly increases instead of decreases. With this current event that is not the case. Progress will be less the more friendlies you play. Then there are also other factors that come into play: Players who have 100+ ratings will slowly see a decrease in their progress, the higher their rating becomes. So even with the first friendly they will not have a very high percentage of progress. You have to win the match to receive the highest progress. If the match ends in a draw or a loss, the progress is much lower.

    Maybe this 'bug' has to do with the Christmas theme? I remember a year ago when the Christmas theme was added into the webpage, many had the same problem regarding video's not loading.

Revu uses a different kind of system, as in that it is not possible to contact them if the offer is listed as 'credited'. Then you can fill in the contact sheet. Make sure to provide as much information as you can and include the e-mails you received from Fyber. As an extra note: always contact the provider of these offers (Fyber, Revu, Tapjoy) and not the company of the app/survey you are using or filling in. Those companies have nothing to do with these offers and thus can't help you out.

    @Bryan-Anthony Hi there, This is because there is an issue with the simulation times that causes it too shift too much. They are aware of it and are investigating it. The timer shows the correct time to when your match will be played, so you should keep an eye on the timer.
