    @Alessandro-Rosa Hi there, If removing data doesn't work, then it is probably related to having an older account on OSM that has since been disabled or locked and had the same social connection as your current account. You should contact our customer support, which you can find through the below link.     @gayseri_10 Hi there, The Bosscoins packs that remove the ads are refering to the banners you would otherwise see as a free user. They don't disable ads. What probably happened is that you tapped on the orange claim + video button in the OSM app after you finished Match Experience. This is will automaticaly start the first of the three ads that are part of the bonusses you can obtain through the Finance page. If you don't want to watch that ad, you will have to tap on the dark blue claim button that is directly above the orange button.

    @un-incompetente-totale Hi there, The last few days there were some technical issues that caused the OSM servers to be down. If this is still an issue, then first try to remove the cache of the OSM app. If that doesn't solve the issue, then try the the below steps. Before proceeding, make sure you have a way to login to your OSM account again before deleting the OSM app or you will lose acces to your account. Remove all app data Delete the OSM app Restart your phone Install the OSM app again.

    @Georg223 Hi there, If this is about one of your clubslots being temporarely not available, then that means that there is maintenance going on in your league or the server that you are playing on. Once the maintenance is over, you can acces your clubslot again. There is no timefrain for when the maintenance is over, so check back regularly. If this is about OSM being down, then that is due to technical issues. They are/were working on fixing the issue. Hopefully the game will run now smoothly again.

    Hi, You can only get rewards for eery achievement once. Most of them don't change through time, but Domination ones may change when we add/remove leagues. This will change the completion percentage, but won't give you a chance to claim it again. So, you got this achievement back in August of 2023 (one year ago). So you won't get it again.

Once the maintenance is over, your clubslot will become available again. How long that takes is hard to say. It might be anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours. So just be patient and check back from time to time to see if you can acces that clubslot again. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but sometimes maintenance is necessary.

    @rado-kochas Hi there, Only the developers knows all ins and outs of the transfer system in OSM, but it is suffice to say that it is pretty complex and that there are a number of things that will affect it. For instance: how expensive is the player and for what margin are you selling that player for? Normally speaking: the more expensive the player is, the more difficult it will be to sell him. But even if you try different things, there is also a huge randomness in play. So it's impossible to really predict what works and what doesn't. Sometimes you sell an expensive player really fast and other times you have to wait for some time, even when you play with the margins.

    @Majstor-Matt Hi there, There is a test going on with transfer fees. Once the test is over they will analyse the results and make a decision wheter or not to change the transfer fees. As this is a test, there is no communication about this. They don't want that to infuence users behaviour.
