There are two ways to get access to your native language forums:

Easiest one is by accessing OSM from your native language also, you'll be automatically added to the correct group of forum users
Just click on groups http://prnt.sc/d47afk , select your language group http://prntscr.com/d48qok and then join that goup http://prnt.sc/d47dxt

But also keep in mind this:

There's a bug on the forum software side (not on our hands to fix it), where users are not added to their language group or Crew forum group on first login.

The way to fix this is by logging out of forums (it has to be done on forums, not on the game) and log back in.

On your second log in, all should be fixed 👍

So, are you talking about the Special Offers that the computer sends you randomly or about the Negotiations ones?

These Special offers appear to our leagues in a complete random way. At different times of the day and do not follow a specific patern. But if you get any of them at any time you should know these things:

You get a special notification for these offers on your league account. Plus, if you use the OSM App you normally get a special notification on your phone too , telling you to check out a real bargain of a player! These Special offers though last only for 6 hours. If you are lucky and have enough Club Funds to buy this player all you have to do is go to your Transfer List and if you want him you can click on the green box that tells you the price of this player and also asks of you to use 1 Boss Coin. Just like you buy players from your own Transfer List . 😉

Anyways... About your problem. It always helps to try and clean up the 'history' from your devices buddy ( cookies and cache ) and be sure you have download the latest OSM App on your phone , if you're using it too.

If nothing changes then we'll be waiting for your full bug report.
