    Hi, This was an unexpected server maintenance. OSM will always make announcement when there is a planned maintenance. This is general and everyone was affected one way or the other that's why it's best to set up our teams early rather than later. Everything is okay now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    @uhf_jaime_nl Hi, welcome. It's not that hard to find Human league moderators are able to disable transfers on all leagues. Almost all leagues on special leagues section have disabled transfers except for a few exceptions nations leagues,Champions leagues, Europa leagues and World Cup leagues, 442oons and balkan league.
