It explains everything you need to know about Advanced tools.
When you decide to use your Boss Coins to create your own league you automatically become the Moderator of this new league.
Meaning you get to choose the Club that you want to manage , you get your Advanced tools to use them as you prefer and place your own settings for your league and you are also able to remove from your league any manager that might be inactive for more than 3 days .
Mind you though!
If you choose to disable even one feature from your Advanced tools that will instantly turn your league into a private one. It means that for any manager who wishes to join will not be able to do so , unless you send a direct invitation by visiting his/her game profile or by using your FriendList to invite them.
