    @Hashem-Italiano Hi there, If you haven't logged in to your old account for 3 years straight, then that account has been permanentely deleted. This is a necessity because of the privacy laws. Once an account has been deleted, it can't be recovered and is thus lost forever. As for your app issues: you will have to contact our customer support to help you out with that. You can find them via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @WardLen Hi there, welcome to OSM and this forum. You will only receive the money from sponsors and gate receipts if you are playing a home match. It will be zero if you play an away match. As for sponsors, you do need to select at least one of the offers received for sponsorship deals. Otherwise it will be zero when you play a home match aswell. So if this screenshot is from today and you will play an away match, then this is correct and you will only receive the fixed income.

    @MrParrot_2 Hi there, Accounts cannot be replaced. So if they would disable your old account, you would keep playing with this current account. Since it's not possible to change your managername, you would keep that '2' in your managername. Another thing you could do is disable this account yourself and then contact our customer support with asking help to get acces to your old account.     @blopa_8 Hi there, The players that have been added to transferlist by OSM (the engine) will stay on the transferlist until their transfervalue drops to around 1.1 or 1.2 times their player value. Then they will be removed from the transferlist if they haven't been bought by any of the managers in a league.

    @LCTHEKING3_NL Hi there, Unfortunately, your friend can't re-join your league. Once you resign from your team it is impossible to get back to that team or the league. Also, because he was the moderator of your league and left, there is now no league moderator present. Assuming you are playing in a private league, It is then impossible to get any other manager in your league, nor is it possible to transfer league moderation to another manager in that league. Your friend should be more carefull when visiting the boardroom.

    @Toronydarus They found the issue with the ads and that should be solved with the next version of the OSM app on Android. Well, that's your choice, but don't complain if you get other bugs which have been solved in newer versions of the app.

    @Vhyta8908 Hi there, If the prize were Bosscoins then they should have been automaticaly added to your account after you've clicked on the claim button. If the prize is an item, such as a training boost, position swap, etc, you will find it in your inventory (the blue-yellow OSM bag) after you've clicked on the claim button. If for some reason, you didn't receive the Bosscoins, or find the item in your inventory, then you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet.

    @Puffy_Puff_GA Hi there, When you buy packages from the OSM store that contains items (Club Funds, Position Swaps, Player Packs, etc.) you will find them in your inventory. This is the blue-yellow OSM bag you see at the top of the screen. Make sure you are logged into the correct slot when you use those items. If for some reason you don't see your Club Funds in your inventory, you will have to contact our customer support via the below link. https://support.onlinesoccermanager.com/hc/en-us Then click on 'submit a request' and choose the option 'OSM' to fill in the contact sheet. I dont know why, on this moment, in league ranking stands that I have 479425. Before I opened this post I had the 480653. Yes its my highest, but its what I have on THIS moment.

    @É-Lidar-Irmaum Hi there, The 'oops, something went wrong' error message are usually a local issue. This might be solved if you first delete the cache of the OSM app and then deleting the OSM app and reinstalling it again. Before you delete the app, make sure you have a way to log in to your account. Otherwise you lose acces to it.

    There is indeed an issue with the ads on Android that causes ads from certain providers to take a long time before they load. So you might have to wait minutes or even hours before the ad can be watched. There is also a possibility that the option to watch a video is disabled until that ad has been loaded. Unfortunately, this can't be fixed by Gamebasics/Miniclip and needs to be solved by the provider of those ads. When that happens is impossible to say. We are sorry for the inconvience.
